These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HeadhuntCFO (the “Service”), a CFO-intelligence and executive-search platform. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
HeadhuntCFO provides curated and enriched profiles of finance leaders (CFOs) of Indian listed companies, search and enrichment tools, verified-contact discovery, and related recruiter features. Data is compiled from public sources (including company annual reports and public filings) and AI-assisted analysis, and is provided for professional, informational use.
2. Accounts
You must register with a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation, if applicable.
3. Plans, billing & renewals
The Service offers a free trial and paid plans as described on our Pricing page. Paid access is sold as a one-time, prepaid 30-day subscription — there is no automatic renewal or stored-card auto-debit. Access ends when the 30-day period lapses unless you choose to purchase again. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and, where indicated, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments) acting as merchant of record; global payment methods including cards and UPI are supported subject to availability.
4. Usage limits & fair use
Paid plans include metered entitlements (for example, a monthly number of search enrichments). Quotas are enforced per account. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk-export the data, nor use automated means to exceed your plan’s limits or circumvent access controls.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and for legitimate recruitment and business purposes only. You will comply with applicable data-protection and anti-spam laws when contacting individuals whose details you discover through the Service. You will not use the Service to harass individuals or for any unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive purpose.
6. Data accuracy & no professional advice
Profiles are generated from public sources and AI analysis and may contain inaccuracies or become outdated. The Service is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or hiring advice. You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, and compiled datasets are owned by HeadhuntCFO and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan.
8. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once access is activated. If a search enrichment you initiate fails to produce a profile, the enrichment credit is refunded to your account automatically. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
9. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadhuntCFO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 30 days.
