Billing questions

Is the Pro plan a recurring subscription?

No. Pro is a one-time, prepaid 30-day plan. There is no auto-renewal and no card is stored for auto-debit — when the 30 days end you simply choose whether to purchase again.

What does a search enrichment do?

An enrichment unlocks and builds the full dossier for a CFO who is not already in the enriched library, pulling the company's latest annual report and extracting compensation, career history, KPIs and strategic signals. Re-opening a profile you have already enriched is free and does not count against your allowance.

What happens if an enrichment fails?

If an enrichment cannot produce a profile — for example, when no annual report is available for that company — the credit is automatically returned to your account, so it does not count against your monthly allowance.

Can I pay from outside India?

Yes. Payments are processed globally through our payment provider, with support for international cards and UPI depending on availability in your region. Prices are shown in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscription fees are non-refundable once access is activated, since access to enriched intelligence begins immediately. Failed enrichments are credited back in-app automatically, and genuine billing errors are handled case by case — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
