What is HeadhuntCFO?
HeadhuntCFO is a CFO-intelligence and executive-search platform for recruiters. It provides enriched profiles of the finance leaders of Indian listed companies — compiled from public sources like annual reports and enhanced with AI analysis — plus search and on-demand enrichment tools.
How does the free trial work?
When you register you get a 7-day free trial with access to the Top 100 curated CFO profiles and the ability to export the CFO list. The trial also includes 1 free search enrichment, so you can unlock and enrich the CFO of any listed company once. Pro gives you 20 a month.
What do I get with Pro?
Pro (Rs 2,000, inclusive of tax) gives you 30 days of access: the Top 100 profiles, 20 search enrichments to unlock and enrich the CFO of any listed company, and export of your CFO list.
Is Pro a recurring subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time, prepaid 30-day plan — there's no auto-renewal and no card is stored for auto-debit. When the 30 days end, you simply choose whether to purchase again.
Can I pay from outside India?
Yes. Payments are processed globally through our payment provider, with support for international cards and UPI depending on availability in your region.
What is a 'search enrichment'?
An enrichment unlocks and builds the full dossier for a CFO who isn't already in the enriched library — pulling the company's latest annual report and extracting compensation, career history, KPIs, and strategic signals. Re-opening a profile you've already enriched is free and doesn't count against your allowance.
What happens if an enrichment fails?
If an enrichment can't produce a profile (for example, no annual report is available for that company), the enrichment credit is automatically refunded to your account so it doesn't count against your monthly allowance.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are non-refundable once access is activated (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). Failed enrichments are credited back in-app. Genuine billing errors are handled case-by-case — email reachus@headhuntcfo.com.
Where does the profile data come from?
From publicly available sources — company annual reports, stock-exchange filings, and public web information — enhanced with AI. It's provided for professional, informational use; always verify details independently before relying on them.
